As a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist I work mainly with open ended clients, exploring historic relationships and patterns. This type of therapy allows a full reevaluation of all relationships in a persons life. Through working together, today’s behaviours are analysed giving insight to the client about their needs and wants.
Relationships are what makes up our worlds, whether we have good ones, bad ones or none at all. Our connections with each other are significant. I am not going to place pressure on you to explore all your connections, but hopefully by connecting with each other we can assess what is happening with you and others around you in the here and now.

I provide integrative therapy which is based around the humanistic models and transference issues. This means I pay particular attention to our relationship and its development as well as the content of our discussions. If you’re not familiar with these terms, it won’t be a problem. I share as much of the process as I can when it is appropriate during the sessions.
I offer open-ended counselling. There is no set number of sessions. We continue to work as long as you need the support.
