What We Offer

Individual Therapy

We offer open ended psychotherapy and short term counselling to individuals, helping them to create connections between current patterns of behaviour and personal history. Through exploration, our clients develop the ability to understand themselves, accept their circumstances and make positive changes to their lives and relationships.

Supervision

We offer clinical supervision to trainee and professional counsellors via regular face to face, telephone and Skype sessions. Our service supports supervises as they conceptualise their cases, resolve ethical dilemmas, manage risk and develop self-supervision skills. This service is available to individuals and small groups.

Training

We offer training for continuing professional development. Our training courses motivate professionals to refine their therapeutic practice and generate pragmatic strategies for the counselling process. Our training is delivered at set locations or on-site at your place of business.

Couples

Most relationships suffer stresses and strains from time to time. It can be a struggle for each partner to make sense of the conflicts from ‘inside’ the relationship as there may be many factors involved in the difficulties. This service provides an opportunity for couples to explore their relationship and find ways to resolve conflicts and reconcile their differences.

Short Term Counselling

This style of counselling can be very useful for clients who have a specific and well-defined problem. Examples include: work-related issues and some traumatic events. Short term work focuses on clients making small, significant changes that reduce the impact of the problem. We are affiliated with insurance companies and employee assistance programmes (e.g. BUPA, AXA) and their usual model is 6-10 sessions depending on the private agreements.
